Comprised of models for ¼-2 in. thick plate as well as models that bevel underside of plate, portable KBM series produce cleanly machined bevel angles of 22 1/2° through 55° with no thermal distortion on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Adjustable-height, self-aligning, spring-loaded caster wheel assembly enables self-propelled operation along any length of plate, maintaining uniform bevel and consistent root face.

Bevelling Machine 10 Feet Per Minute
Gullco introduces their new KBM series of portable, self propelled plate edge bevellers that can operate at up to 10 feet (3 meters) per minute. These bevellers produce clean machined bevel angles of 22 1/2° through 55° with no thermal distortion on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Gullco has KBM beveller models for 1/4" (6mm) to 2" (50mm) thick plate as well as units that bevel the underside of plate...eliminating the time and costs associated with flipping the plate.
