Plastic Mounting Collars Attach Power Strips and Instruments
A standard line of low-cost plastic hinged collars that create all types of opportunities for attaching items to tube and pipe such as power strips has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Plastic Hinged Mounting Collars feature an integral hinge, clamping screw, and one flat section with a hole that permits it to be attached to a power strip or other item, and then mounted to a tube or pipe. Providing virtually unlimited attachment flexibility, these collars can also be used to mount tubular instruments to a flat surface for instant accessibility.
Stocked in 7/8”, 1”, and 1-1/4” I.D. sizes, Stafford Plastic Hinged Mounting Collars are injection molded and have a stainless steel clamping screw for optimum durability. Applications are as varied as attaching power strips to poles, shelves, keeping flashlights handy, securing tubing, and bundling cables. Custom colors and molding are available for OEMs and distributors.
