Habasit - Highest Lateral Stiffness for 0,5" Belts Combined with Small Flush Grid Openings

Habasit, the world's leading lightweight conveyor belt manufacturer introduces a new HabasitLINK® plastic modular belt; the M1230 Flush Grid 0.5".

The high strength M1230 Flush Grid 0.5" belt is designed to combine the cleanability of Habasit's successful M1233 Flush Grid belt with high tensile strength and increased lateral stiffness while maintaining the open area and 31% rod exposure for easy sanitation.

The specially designed cross rib section adds lateral stiffness and module flatness for conveying unstable products with tight transfers. The open area is ideal for applications with small products where the openings of 5 x 3.3 mm (0.16 x 0.24") reduce the chance product falling through the belt.

The unique features offer advantages in demanding applications such as conveying of small food products and other non-food material handling applications where the lateral stiffness on wide belts is required in combination with small transfers achieved with a nosebar diameter of 16mm (0.63").

M1230 Flush Grid 0.5" is available in standard material/color combinations: Acetal dark grey, Polypropylene white and grey and in Polyethylene natural.
