Offered in 7/8, 1, and 1ľ in. ID sizes, Plastic Hinged Collars feature integral hinge with stainless steel clamping screw and one flat section with hole for mounting or attaching other components. Corrosion-resistant, injection molded collars are suitable for holding hose or tubing on surface or for mounting onto tube, rail, or pipe and attaching other parts. Black, white, and custom colors are available.

Plastic Hinged Collars Low-Cost Alternative to Stainless Steel
A new line of injection molded plastic hinged collars that are ideal for applications that don't require a more expensive all-stainless steel collar is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.
Stafford Plastic Hinged Collars feature an integral hinge with a stainless steel clamping screw and one flat section with a hole for mounting or attaching other components. Designed for ease of assembly and corrosion-resistance, these injection molded collars are offered in 7/8", 1", and 1-1/4" I.D. sizes at a small fraction of the cost of all-stainless steel.
Ideal for holding hose or tubing on a surface or for mounting onto a tube, rail, or pipe, and then attaching other components, Stafford Plastic Hinged Collars are available in black, white, and custom colors. For applications requiring a stronger hinged collar in colors, anodized aluminum is offered. Other materials including steel and stainless steel can also be supplied.
