Designed for outdoor applications, ML Series is molded in light gray UV-stabilized polycarbonate with clear, distortion-free polycarbonate cover option. Model ML-47F measures 7.6 x 4.6 x 3.0 in., while Model ML-57F is 8.7 x 5.2 x 3.3 in. Both include molded on surface-mounting flanges, plastic mounting bosses, and brass inserts for cover on/off convenience. Equipped with form-fitting silicon gasket for protection against dust, dirt, and water, enclosures have temperature range of -40 to 120°C.

New Waterproof Plastic Electronic Enclosure Series Available
Avon, Ohio, - The ML Series of waterproof plastic enclosures for electronics is now available from Polycase. A UL 508-4X listing is pending on the enclosures. Designed for outdoor applications, the ML Series cases are molded in light gray UV-stabilized polycarbonate and offer a clear distortion-free polycarbonate cover option. The ML Series cover has a standard recessed smooth finish that makes it ideal for graphic overlays or membrane keypads. The cases are currently available in two sizes: the ML-47F a 7.6" x 4.6" x 3.0" enclosure and the ML-57F an 8.7" x 5.2" x 3.3" enclosure. Both sizes include molded on surface-mounting flanges, plastic mounting bosses, and brass inserts for cover on/off convenience.
A form-fitting silicone gasket makes the ML Series ideal for use in a wide range of environmental conditions, protecting internal electronic components from dust, dirt and water. The ML series has a flame rating of UL94V-0 and is conducive to temperature ranges of -40°C to 120°C. Optional NEMA 4X cable glands are also available in seven sizes, accommodating cables ranging from .118" to .945" in diameter. Cable glands are required to maintain the waterproof seal where cables enter or exit the enclosure. Polycase offers CNC machining and custom printing on all enclosures.
