Accepting any primary input voltage from 208-575 V, single- or 3-phase, 50/60 Hz, Spectrum® 875 Auto-Line is available in handheld and machine torch packages. Auto-line(TM) technology allows use in virtually any location without physical linking mechanism. When connected to Big Blue® diesel engine drives with 12 kW of power, system provides 60 A output to cut 7/8 in. steel at 10 ipm. Auto-Refire(TM) technology automatically keeps pilot arc lit while cutting expanded metal or multiple pieces of metal.

Spectrum 875 Auto-Line Plasma Cutter Offers Flexibility for Manual or Automated Cutting Applications

APPLETON, Wis., - Miller Electric Mfg. Co. today introduces the Spectrum® 875 Auto-Line plasma cutter. Weighing 56 lbs. and able to cut metal up to 1 1/4-in. thick (7/8-in. at a rated quality of 10 inches per minute), the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line is ideal for fabricators, contractors and businesses that require job site versatility, portability and exceptional cutting performance.
The Spectrum 875 Auto-Line seamlessly recognizes and adjusts to any input voltage from 208 to 575 volts, single- or three-phase power and 50 or 60 Hz without the need for physical linking mechanisms. The Auto-Line technology enables the unit to operate on generator power without being affected by power fluctuations during the use of other power tools.
Fit for the Field
Auto-Line allows companies to simply plug the unit in and begin cutting in virtually any shop or field environment and location. When connected to the generator power from Miller's Bobcat® or Trailblazer® gas engine drives, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line provides a 45-amp output to cut steel 1/2 inch thick. When connected to Miller's Big Blue® "deluxe" model diesel engine drives with 12 kilowatts (kW) or more of generator power options, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line provides a full 60 amps of rated output to cut 7/8-in. steel at 10 ipm.
Upgraded
Replacing Miller's Spectrum 2050 plasma cutter, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line offers increased cutting power and several upgraded features, yet with a lower price tag and in a package that weighs 30 lbs. less than the 2050. Among these upgrades, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line provides automatic air regulation, eliminating the need to manually adjust the air pressure to match the cutting application, an additional 5 amps of output power and Miller's patented Ultra-Quick Connect(TM) torch and work cable for the fastest torch and cable connection and removal in the industry.
The Spectrum 875 Auto-Line's Auto-Refire(TM) technology automatically keeps the pilot arc lit while cutting expanded metal or multiple pieces of metal, eliminating the need for manual re-triggering and reducing operator hand fatigue.
For fabricators who want to take plasma cutting precision to the next level, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line is also available with an optional machine torch package for mechanized cutting applications. The machine torch package includes a barrel-style torch for attachment to an automated cutting system, and a cable kit allowing easy access to remote on/off, ok to move and voltage sensing.. In mechanized applications that require very precise output consistency, the Auto-Line technology provides a smooth, reliable cut in the event of brown-outs or other primary power fluctuations.
The Spectrum 875 Auto-Line will not replace the standard Spectrum 875, which operates solely using the most common input power in fabrication environments: 230-volt single-phase.

Building on that legacy, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line offers everything that users loved about the Spectrum 2050 in a smaller package and with a lower price tag.
Like the Spectrum 2050, the Spectrum 875 Auto-Line also uses Wind Tunnel Technology(TM), which prevents dust and debris from damaging internal circuitry and components while the cooling fan is in operation.
Another carry-over from the Spectrum 2050 is Miller's Fan On Demand(TM) feature, which reduces dust and debris entering the unit by activating the cooling fan only when needed.

work on a plazma generator
if you can use plasma to create heat to make steam..then you can make a power station to provide energy to the world.Once you have the plasma generator started then use the electricity to continue the loop..
I know it can be done..also to make heat for homes from plasma..why isn't anyone doing this?..oil and gas..still not enough..love to work on this project..
