The new software module is targeted at the production of industrial tire retreading.
With the introduction of this new module, Aftersoft is able to serve retread business with an 'all-in-one software solution' that handles order management, production control and quality assurance, as well as sales and distribution management.
VAST Enterprise-Retread controls and documents the production of retreaded commercial vehicle tires, in both pre-cure and mold-cure processes, from the moment casings arrive to the delivery of the finished tire. Based on memorized process data, the software enables the optimization of processes within a retread plant.
VAST Enterprise-Retread enables real time, centralized process monitoring. Information is received from the production chain and displayed quickly and clearly, allowing relevant members of staff to get a precise overview of the process at any time. Due to its scalability and modular nature, the add-on can be adjusted to suit different user environments and is adaptable to suit changing requirements.
VAST Enterprise-Retread supports the production process with a full set of analysis and reports for the production management, quality assurance and sales/distribution department.
