Operating without debris or dust, Series CFPC can be equipped with dead stop assembly and is available in off-line and in-line models. Designed to cut tubular extrudates, cutting assembly travels with product while blade makes incision. Machine provides 60 cuts/min with line speed of 20 fpm and cut-to-length accuracy of ±0.010 in./ft. It includes 2 operator controls, FRL with lockable air disconnect, adjustable electric eye assembly, and deburring option.

CDS is proud to introduce the CFPC series Planetary Cutter to its family of cut-to-length products. Designed to cut tubular extrudates, the Planetary Cutter's cutting assembly travels with the product while the blade makes its incision. The Planetary Cutter operates without any debris or dust, and can be equipped with a dead stop assembly for greater cutting precision. In-line and off-line models are available.

o Capacity: From 1/4" to 8" O.D. (Wall thickness up to 3/16")
o Cuts/min: 60 (line speed of approx. 20 ft/min)
o Cut-to-length accuracy: ± 0.010" per ft.
o Air supply: up to 80 psi.
