Load cells feature low-profile, all aluminum construction, making them suitable for OEM applications and scale design where space is limited, such as postal scales, airport baggage scales, or retail checkout scales.

Omega introduces its new series of planar beam load cells. The low cost LCPB series are normally installed in sets of 3 or 4 under a platform in conjuction with a sum network.
It features 5,10, 20, and 100 kg ranges and an IP67 environmental rating. Its low profile, all aluminum construction makes it ideal for OEM applications and scale design where space is limited such as postal scales, airport baggage scales or retail checkout scales.
