MIMOT Bursts into High-Volume Assembly Market with MX System; Debuts at APEX 2007
Irvine, California, USA - MIMOT has burst into the high-volume electronics assembly market with its new high-speed placement system, the MX. The MX boasts a number of new, innovative features and technology designed to compete with the fastest competitive pick and place machines available. Key features include cascading modularity with placement rates up to 80,000 c/h, 216 feeder slots per segment, and full range component capability. The MX also features double placement areas in each module, with a highly sophisticated Multilevel Transport System for absolute line balancing and the elimination of "local head-downtimes."
