Prepzilla MILLHOGŪ features rigid blade lock system and T-15 tool steel cutter blade that transfers heat away from pipe surface to chip. Suited for prepping Super Duplex, stainless steel, and other hard pipe, it can sever 8 in. schedule 160 pipe within 10 min and then compound bevel and face it simultaneously. Tool has one mandrel and 8 sets of clamps for prepping pipe from 1.5 in. ID to 8.625 in. OD. It generates 1,500 lb-ft torque at cutting blade.

Pipe Milling End Prep Tool For Super Duplex Used In Subsea Pipelines
An I.D. clamping end prep tool for severing and then beveling and facing Super Duplex, stainless steel pipe, and other hard pipe used in subsea pipelines is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, Massachusetts.
Esco's Prepzilla MILLHOG pipe milling end prep tool features a rigid blade lock system and T-15 tool steel cutter blade that transfers heat away from the pipe surface to the chip. Suitable for prepping Super Duplex and other hard pipe in subsea pipelines, it can sever an 8" schedule 160 pipe within 10 minutes and can then compound bevel and face it simultaneously.
Easy to operate, Esco's Prepzilla MILLHOG pipe milling end prep tool has only one mandrel and eight sets of clamps for prepping pipe from 1.5" I.D. to 8.625" O.D. Generating 1,500 ft.-lbs. of torque at the cutting blade, this tool employs dual opposed tapered roller bearings for maximum rigidity and can pull a thick chip without cutting oils.
