New RIDGID SeeSnake microDrain D65S Inspection Camera System with the RIDGID® Scout® Locator Navigates Lines and Locates Problems Precisely

RIDGID microDrain D65S Inspection System Ideal for Underground Pool Pipe Inspections

ELYRIA, OHIO - The new RIDGID® SeeSnake® microDrain(TM) D65S inspection camera system with the RIDGID® Scout® locator allows for accessible, efficient and precise inspections in lines up to 3 inches. Its capability for navigating 1 1/2- inch pressurized lines and taking 90-degree turns that are typical in pool piping, make it ideal for the pool industry.

The SeeSnake microDrain D65S inspection system features a 65-foot flexible cable and a small, 22-millimeter diameter camera head that allows for more accessibility and efficiency in inspection jobs. The flexibility of the cable and tight turn radius of the camera head allows it to navigate through lines, easily taking tight turns to show the leak or blockage in plumbing systems, HVAC ducts, boiler systems and chimneys.

A locatable sonde allows users to pinpoint the exact location of a problem with the RIDGID Scout locator, minimizing the area that would potentially need to be excavated.

The durable and rugged microDrain D65S inspection system is lightweight and easy to carry, making it easy to fit on every truck and more accessible for everyday use. The unit stands 17.5-inches high, 6.6-inches wide and weighs 9.8 pounds.

"The RIDGID SeeSnake microDrain D65S inspection system is the first product on the market that can navigate the sharp turns in underground pool piping," said Sarah Golish, director of inspection systems and networks, RIDGID. "When combined with the RIDGID Scout locating system, it eliminates the guesswork from service and repair of underground pool pipe inspection jobs, allowing contractors to use precise inspection, diagnosis and locating to find the problem and fix it with as little damage as possible to customer's property."

Multiple monitor compatibility allows users to use the microDrain D65S reel with any SeeSnake monitor or the microEXPLORER® digital inspection camera to capture still and
video images.

The SeeSnake microDrain inspection system is backed by the RIDGID lifetime warranty.
