Pinch Valve facilitates installation in grooved-end piping.
September 2, 2004 - Series 85 Pinch Valve, constructed with grooved-end fittings, eliminates need for adapters when installed with grooved-end piping systems. Valve does not require packing, and its elastomer sleeve seals on entrapped solids. Constructed of cast iron, grooved-end fittings are available in carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel, or PVC. Valve is available with bevel gears and pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators.

The Red Valve Series 85 Pinch Valve is constructed with grooved end fittings for easy connections. No more adapters needed for installation with grooved end piping systems. The Series 85 does not require packing and its elastomer sleeve seals on entrapped solids. Constructed of cast iron, the grooved end fittings are avaialbe in carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel or PVC. The Series 85 is available with bevel gears, and pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuators. Chainwheel for above grade and stem extensions for below grade service, AWWA nut and limit switches are also available.
