The new 7722FV will mount most of today's fine-pitch components. With on-the-fly top vision standard, the placement accuracy for chips, including 0402s, is ±0.1mm. Bottom vision, also included, delivers an accuracy of ±0.05mm in mounting SOICs, QFPs and BGAs to 40mm square with a 15-mil fine-pitch capability.
