New Rod-Mount Photoelectric Sensor Bracket from Pepperl+Fuchs Offers Three Degrees of Flexibility

Well suited for conveyor and packaging equipment applications

TWINSBURG, OH - Pepperl+Fuchs introduces the OMH-ML17-R Photoelectric Sensor Rod-Mount Mounting Bracket. This rod-mount bracket can be used with any M18 cylindrical or snout photoelectric sensor, including the highly popular ML17 Tru-Vue series with 4-in-1(TM) output. It quickly and easily mounts on any 0.5-inch diameter rod making it ideally suited for use on conveyor and packaging equipment.

"The OMH-ML17-R rod-mount bracket provides greater photoelectric sensor mounting and alignment flexibility than traditional right angle brackets. Not only does it mount directly to half-inch rods without having to slide the half-clamp from the end of the rod, but the sensor mounts directly to the bracket hole with M18 nuts," said Jeff Allison, Product Manager for Pepperl+Fuchs. The sensor can also be positioned 360º around the rod as well as along the length of the rod, and over a 100º arc on the sensor bracket.

Pepperl+Fuchs is a world leader in the design, manufacture and application of high quality factory and process automation products and services. Pepperl+Fuchs pioneered the development of proximity sensors 45 years ago, and has set the standard for innovation and quality ever since.
