Suited for batch processing from 5-200 L, Sharpe PB-Series Mixers are designed for pharmaceutical and biotech applications. Small, lightweight production mixers feature IEC frame motor that weighs 7 lb and all-steel drive systems with 316L stainless steel dry-running mechanical seal, pedestal, and wetted parts. Portable, SIP/CIP cleanable units have sanitary Tri-Clamp® mount, can be configured with shafts up to 48 in., and polished from 5-40 Ra plus electropolishing.

Portable for Small Batch Processing
Small, lightweight all-steel production mixers for pharmaceutical and biotech applications that meet ASME BPE standards and are designed for tank mounting have been introduced by Sharpe Mixers of Seattle, Washington.
Sharpe PB-Series Pharmaceutical Mixers feature an IEC frame motor that weighs only 7 lbs. and all-steel drive systems with a 316L stainless steel dry-running mechanical seal, pedestal, and wetted parts. Ideally suited for batch processing from 5 to 200 liters, these portable mixers have a sanitary Tri-Clamp® mount, meet ASME BPE standards, and are SIP/CIP cleanable.
Easily tailored to customer requirements, Sharpe PB-Series Pharmaceutical Mixers can be configured with shafts up to 48" L and polished from 5 to 40 Ra plus electropolishing. Several impeller configurations are offered and a white epoxy drive is standard; a 316L SS drive is optional. Retractable shafts for hinged and covered tanks are also optional.
