2" ID Carrousel Pump
Quikspray, Inc. exhibits a redesigned 2” ID Carrousel Pump for the pumping of epoxy, cement grouts and shotcrete markets. The design need of this “new” Carrousel Pump was for the grouting and encapsulation of marine pilings. Underwater structures that are damaged, such as bridge pilings, from freeze-thaw or marine boring worms can be treated to extend the working life significantly.  The 2” ID Carrousel Pump is furnished with a detachable 100 gallon hopper. Custom hoppers are available allowing for different mixer configurations. The unit pictured is powered by a high torque hydraulic motor, but 220/440 VAC electric motor and control is also available.Â
All personnel find the Carrousel Pump simple and easy to operate. Fibered or aggregated formulas are easy to pump with this squeeze pump. The Carrousel Pump can run dry indefinitely without damage, unlike the progressive cavity pumps or rotor/stator pumps.
Because of its peristaltic design, this is the easiest pump to clean and maintain. Simply flush system with water or solvent and pump several cleaning balls through the Carrousel Pump, and it is clean!
