Sealing gaps between dock leveler and concrete pit walls up to 9 in. above dock level, product has no mechanical components or springs and does not incorporate curtains or fabric that blocks access to dock leveler or pit. Assemblies can be ordered for retrofit to existing Kelley and some competitive dock levelers.

The patent pending design seals the gaps between the dock leveler and concrete pit walls up to 9" above dock level, far superior to traditional weather seal and under-leveler seals attached to the front of the dock leveler. ENERGY GUARD stops the air flow and thus stops heat and energy loss.

ENERGY GUARD is factory installed on new equipment so the need for field labor is eliminated. There are no parts or assemblies installed under the dock leveler or on the pit floor and no fabric exposed to the face of the loading dock wall to be torn or damaged by trailers and debris. And because it has no mechanical components or springs, it requires no scheduled maintenance. ENERGY GUARD's innovative design does not incorporate curtains or fabric which blocks access to the dock leveler or pit, allowing unrestricted access for pit cleaning and dock leveler inspection.

To enhance the performance of existing equipment, ENERGY GUARD seal assemblies can be ordered for retrofit to existing Kelley and some competitive dock levelers and are designed for easy field installation by an authorized Kelley Service Professional.
