RMK series x3 frequency multipliers simplify LO generation in microwave point-to-point and point-to-multipoint systems by offering output frequencies to 15 GHz while utilizing common package and pin out. Also available, KSX Series X2 Frequency Multipliers function up to 20 GHz. LTCC-based circuits drive balanced diodes, creating miniature series of X2 passive multipliers that extend useful frequency range of oscillators and synthesizers.
