Providing 250 lb load capacity, Sonic Liftkleen is equipped with 125-gal cleaning tank, as well as transducers that evenly distribute ultrasonic waves to eliminate blind spots. Agitation lift platform facilitates load/unload and provides up/down stroke that flushes away dirt while part is immersed in cleaning solution. Weir chamber and sparger bar continuously remove oil and other floating debris from fluid surface so parts emerge from tank without passing through residue.

The New Sonic Liftkleen Parts Washer features full immersion cleaning coupled with powerful ultrasonics to throughly wash the most difficult-to-clean parts.
Graymill's new Sonic Liftkleen's versatility and enhanced features offer the ability to handle a variety of different applications with a single unit. The large size, 250-pound load capacity, and 125 gallon cleaning tank provide plenty of room for the largest parts, while the specially positioned transducers evenly distribute ultrasonic waves throughout the tank to eliminate blind spots and deliver optimal results.
These enhanced features are:
o Ultrasonic power provides precision cleaning for difficult applications such as- cutting oil and coolant, milled cavities. blind holes, and intricate machined parts
o Agitating lift platform makes the unit easy to load/unload and adds to the cleaning effectiveness with an up/down stroke that flushes away dirt while the part is fully immersed in the cleaning solution
o Weir chamber and sparger bar continuously remove oil and other floating debris from the fluid surface away from the working chamber so parts emerge from the tank without passing through residue

o Versatile digital electronic control of fluid temperature and cycle time coupled with PLC control precisely controls different cleaning parameters for a variety of parts
Heavy-duty stainless steel construction makes it rugged and reliable, and the dual-wall, fully-insulated tank conserves energy. Optional automated pneumatic lid for even easier loading /unloading of parts.
