July 14, 2005 - Aquamaster CD Rotary Drum Systems combine gentle tumbling with high-volume spray to remove coolant, chips, oil, manufacturing soils, and other unwanted contaminants. Standard designs are equipped with heated wash and ambient air blowoff. Auger style rotary drum includes variable speed drive for controlling product throughput. Drum perforations are sized based on part type and configuration, and allow cleaning solution to flush contamination from parts.

Rotary Drum Cleaning System
Alliance Manufacturing Inc., Fond du Lac, WI, a manufacturer of parts cleaning equipment introduces the “Aquamaster CD”, rotary drum parts cleaning system.
The “Aquamaster CD-series” machines are designed for the inline cleaning and drying of a wide variety of manufactured components. Gentle tumbling combined with high volume spray, effectively removes coolant, chips, oil, manufacturing soils and other unwanted contaminants. Standard designs are equipped with a heated wash and ambient air blowoff. Heated blowoff is also available as an optional accessory. The rotary drum machines are fabricated from stainless steel and other corrosion resistant materials.
The auger style rotary drum includes a variable speed drive for controlling product throughput. Drum perforations are sized based on part type and configuration. Drum perforations allows cleaning solution to flush contamination from the parts. Alliance’s patented “Full Access” canopy is incorporated in the machine design to allow for easy access to the rotary drum and internal components. Standard machines can be customized for special requirements.
