Parts Cleaning System has ultrasonic cavitation.
August 12, 2002 - LeanClean™ 360 aqueous parts cleaner has omnidirectional Sonotube ultrasonic transducers that uniformly disperse ultrasonic cavitation into parts as basket rotates or articulates. Piezoelectric resonating transducers have 1,000 W output at 25 or 40 KHz frequency. System provides automated, variable speed wash/rinse and dry cycles for up to 10 standard or 20 small baskets per hour. Submerged spray and flushing rinse action dislodge soil and chips.

Branson Sonotube Ultrasonics Now Available on JENFAB LeanClean 360 Parts Cleaning System
Berlin, CT – JENFAB® (Jensen Fabricating Engineers, Inc.) now offers Sonotube Ultrasonic transducers on the LeanClean™ 360 Cellular Basket Aqueous Parts Cleaning System. These 1,000-watt minimal output piezoelectric resonating transducers from Branson Ultrasonics Corporation are available at either 25 or 40KHz frequency, depending upon cleaning energy requirements.
The tube resonator is a unique, omni-directional ultrasonic device that is designed to uniformly disperse ultrasonic cavitation into the parts as the basket rotates or articulates. All parts are uniformly engaged by the ultrasonic cleaning energy. The round Sonotube design also insures that no soils, chips debris or solution remains on the transducer surface when the process tank is drained.
The LeanClean 360 provides efficient parts cleaning with a compact footprint (3' x 5') for minimal space requirements and lean manufacturing flexibility. The system is designed for automated, variable speed wash/rinse and dry cycles and processes up to 10 standard or 20 small baskets per hour. Submerged spray and flushing rinse action dislodge soil and chips. The integral 1500 CFM recirculating hot air convection dryer speeds drying times for increased production and reduced energy consumption.
Since 1960, JENFAB has been a leading designer and supplier of aqueous cleaning systems to the aerospace, automotive, bearing, stamping, electronics, screw machine, plastics, and fastener industries.
