Available in sizes 240 and 300, 2-Finger-Parallel Gripper DPG-plus offers actuation via oval piston and multitooth guidance for precision and fail-safe handling. It is IP67-rated and no material can get inside device from work environment. Mounting pattern is identical to PGN-plus and PGB grippers, allowing for interchangeability. It is suited for loading/unloading grinding, turning, and milling machines and for applications in paint shops, powder processing, and underwater.

Further Gripper Sizes for Dirty Environments
SCHUNK is extending its series of sealed grippers, the 2-Finger-Parallel Gripper DPG-plus is available in sizes 240 and 300 now. The actuation via an oval piston and the multi-tooth guidance provide a powerful, precise, and fail-safe handling of this gripper. Therefore a high machine availability, and consequently, a high profitable efficiency of manufacturing and assembly is assured.
The DPG-plus is an expert for difficult handling tasks. Even in dirty environments, the handling module plays off its strength. It is suitable for loading and unloading grinding, turning, and milling machines, and also for applications in paint shops, powder processing, and underwater. The robust gripper fulfills every requirement according to the protection class IP67 and no material from the work environment can penetrate to the inside of the unit. Since the mounting pattern is identical, it can be flexibly exchanged with grippers of the proven SCHUNK series PGN-plus and PGB.
