Integrating 17 in. color TFT LCD, digital I/O, audio, and 2 GbE RJ-45 connectors, unit also deploys 5 USB 2.0, 1 Mini-PCI, and 2 PCI slots including 1 PCI and 1 PCI-Express. It equips one 8 in. 1 card reader with USB interface, CompactFlash, secure digital and multimedia card, memory stick (PRO), and Smart media functions.

Taipei Taiwan (Sept 19,, 2007)- AAEON Announces a brand new Robust Panel PC. This PC is the first Panel PC in AAEON, that adopts the high performance processor. The APC-9172 is the first Core 2 Duo embedded board in the AAEON Panel PC product line. It features a PGA478 socket that can accommodate a Core 2 Duo Processor, supporting FSB up to 400/533/667MHz.
