Pancake Series Filters provide odor relief from nuisance levels of organic vapors, acid gases, and ozone. Designed to fit under welding helmets and face shields, Model P100 protects against dusts, mists, and fumes. Unit can convert into pre-filter with adaptor for APR cartridges. Applications include welding, metal pouring, grinding and sanding, mineral processing, coating applications, brazing and soldering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and foundries.

The new North Pancake Series Filters provide odor relief from nuisance levels of organic vapors, acid gases and ozone. Choosing the right filter is now easier for the worker and inventory is reduced for the company.
The P100 filter has an efficiency of 99.97% for protection against dusts, mists and fumes and is designed to fit under welding helmets and faceshields. It fits directly onto North half masks or full facepieces and can convert into a pre-filter with an adaptor for North APR cartridges.
The North Pancake has been tested for odor relief from nuisance levels of carbon tetrachloride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen floride and ozone.
Applications include; mild steel welding, alloy welding, welding exotic steel, metal pouring, grinding and sanding, mineral processing - coal and iron ore, coating applications, construction - lead and silica, brazing and soldering, pharmaceutical manufacturing and foundries.
