Series EW, EWR, and ECR are 24 V walkie, walkie/rider, and center-ride pallet trucks, respectively. They are powered by GE SEM drive motors with class-H insulation and open ventilation. Control features include 2 or 3 speed limits, anti-rollback, regenerative braking, high-speed lock-in, and high-speed anti-tape down. Controls are programmable and feature diagnostic capability with stored fault codes. Soft-touch accelerator twist grips govern travel direction and speed.

Pallet Trucks Boost Productivity with Precision Controls and Ergonomics
SUMMERVILLE SC - Linde Lift Truck Corporation offers 24-V electric pallet trucks with 6,000-lb or 8,000-lb capacity, in walkie (EW Series), walkie/rider (EWR Series) or center-ride (ECR Series) configurations. The 6,000-lb EW Series (walkie) is also available in a 12-V configuration.
Power is provided by GE SEM drive motors with class-H insulation and open ventilation. The ECR Series is equipped with heavy-duty, bottom-mounted Kordel drive units with long-life turntable bearings and heat-treated chromium alloy steel gears. Lift is provided by an integral hydraulic pump/motor assembly. All models offer hand braking, automatic braking and regenerative braking.
Microprocessor-based GE transistor travel controls eliminate numerous contactors, relays, resistors and diodes. Standard control features include two or three unique speed limits, anti-rollback, regenerative braking, high speed lock-in, and high speed anti-tape down. The controls are fully programmable and feature diagnostic capability with stored fault codes. Soft-touch accelerator twist grips govern travel direction and speed and feature automatic return to neutral. Integral pushbutton control switches actuate lift/lower and horn. A reversing switch located at the end of the control handle automatically reverses travel direction. EWR and ECR models feature a speed selector button and an insulated soft-touch hand-hold control rail. The ECR model has an adjustable steering column.
Linde rider models provide generous foot room and a cushion-mat-covered ride platform. Glass-filled polyurethane clamshell motor compartment covers offer rust and corrosion resistance and high impact strength. Truck frames feature all seam-welded unitized construction. The battery compartment, integral with the chassis and fork assembly, adds strength to the frame. Trucks are available for both single (1-2) and double (3-4) pallet handling applications.
