Featuring Freescale(TM) MRF6V2300NR1 power transistor, rugged 600 W peak power 2-stage Class AB pallet amplifier Model LD600-10.80 achieves 40 dB gain and features gain-flatness of ±1 dB across HF-VHF band from 10-80 MHz. Operational over -10 to 60°C range, it is designed for ISM applications operating with pulsed signals (600 W, 10% duty), and for military applications up to 200 W CW. Connectorized versions are also available.

The LD600-10.80 (RES-INGENIUM) is a high performance 2-stage Class AB pallet amplifier. It was designed for Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) applications operating with pulsed signals (600W, 10% duty), and for Military applications up to 200W CW. This rugged amplifier, featuring the Freescale(TM) MRF6V2300NR1 power transistor, achieves 40dB gain and features gain-flatness of +/- 1dB across the HF-VHF band (10 - 80 MHz). It operates from -10 to +60 °C. Connectorized versions are available upon request.
