A new, 316L stainless steel paint that provides a heat-resistant, satin metallic finish for use on areas subjected to temperature cycling and wet atmospheres is being introduced by Stainless Steel Coatings, Inc. of So. Lancaster, Massachusetts.
STEEL-IT® High-Temp Metallic Blend #7156 Paint features a 316L stainless steel leafing pigment and other metallic components that create a durable, corrosion-resistant, satin finish which can withstand up to 1200°F and temperature cycling. Suitable for use on oven doors, furnaces, smoke stacks, and other hot areas, it comes in pints, quarts, and gallons.
Suitable for applications requiring cycling, STEEL-IT® High-Temp Metallic Blend #7156 Paint employs rust inhibitors designed to overcome the unfavorable reactions caused by high temperatures and salt-air weathering. This industrial-grade coating can be applied by brush, spray, or roller.
