Pad Print Machinery of Vermont Debuts New KP Line
Pad Print Machinery of VT, Inc. debuts its new KP line of pad printers with the KP-08, which replaces the XP-08 mid-size pad printer.
"The new KP line offers customers improved base stability, a more efficient cup-drive system, and a simpler automatic pad cleaner," said CEO and founder Julian Joffe. "We have taken a quality machine and made it better."
The KP-08, like its XP-08 predecessor, prints between 1 and 5 colors with 90 mm ink cups, or can be configured as a one or two-color machine with 130 mm cups, said Sales VP Tim Scully.
"As part of our Engineered Printing Solutions, we can customize the new KP-08 with a linear or elliptical conveyor, a rotary table, or to print 360 degrees," Scully said. "We specialize in building machines that seamlessly fit into existing manufacturing lines, including part handling, automated loading and unloading, pre-treating, post-curing and digital vision systems for instant print quality verification."
The state-of-the-art KP-08, which includes the latest technological advances in pad printing, is appropriate for marking medical devices, decorating promotional products, and for use in shops that want a versatile piece of equipment adaptable to changing needs, Scully said.
Standard on all pad printers from PPMoV are micrometrically controlled cliché' supports and fixture tables for precision printing, hermetically sealed ceramic ring ink cups for quick color and art changes and touchpad controls that allow simple programming changes.
