August 17, 2012 - Featuring all electric design, Model PE09 is equipped with touchscreen control that allows operator to vary speeds for different inline operations. Dual servo drive runs both pad shuttle and cliché supports separately, enabling all pad and ink cup operations to be changed, including down stroke speed, pickup, and drop-off pauses. Printer can be configured as 2-color printer or single-color with 110 x 220 mm oval cup to print larger images.

Faster, servo-driven, can synchronize with an existing product line – okay we can build that! Pad Print Machinery of Vermont’s focus is to design the best solution for your printing application, even if it means building a whole new printer. Such was a case recently when the customer’s printing specifications required a special configuration. Our engineering, software development and technical assembly teams pulled together to design a servo-driven, one and/or two color pad printer capable of 3,000 cycles per hour. From start to finish, in less than three months, the machine was up and running. The PE09 is all electric and the easy-to-use touch screen control allows the operator to vary the speeds for different in-line operations. The dual servo drive runs both the pad shuttle and cliché supports separately enabling all pad and ink cup operations to be changed, including the down stroke speed, pickup and drop-off pauses. This printer can be configured as a two color printer or single color with an oval cup (110mm x 220mm) to print larger images. Slim compact design allows for easy integration into existing production lines. We love this printer so much - the servo-driven PE09 is now offered in our standard product line.
