COVINGTON, Ky. R. A. Jones & Co. Inc. introduces the new Beverage Meridian® Machine. The Beverage Meridian, part of Jones' family of multipacking solutions, blends engineering and manufacturing innovation with years of packaging experience and proven technology to produce a flexible, reliable, compact machine.
The Beverage Meridian provides high output and application adaptability for beverage can packaging. Standard features include metric stainless steel design, left or right hand configurations and can sizes from 8 to 16 ounces. Beverage Meridian machines can be configured for single-tier 6 to 24 can packs. Dual pitch provides the highest possible pack speeds (up to 210 packs per minute), at the lowest possible linear speeds, translating into half the wear on components. The reduced linear speeds also permit pack and flap handling at much lower velocities and accelerations for more precise control.
The electrical and mechanical components were engineered to provide years of worry-free operation with minimal cost for maintenance and repairs. To further enhance operational efficiency, quick, easy and dependable changeovers can be performed typically in 10 to 30 minutes. The compact frame will fit almost any application and ships in a single section, minimizing installation time and costs.
Guarding and controls are ergonomically designed for operator convenience. Standard Beverage Meridian machines feature direct coupled servos and belt drives providing automatic pitch changes on the transport during size changeovers and smooth pick-off and opening on the three head rotary carton feed. We need one machine for fill and seal to use in grated and shredded cheese. We need around 15 bags per minute (900 bags per hour). We need a system to weigh, maybe a multihead weigher. Please, if you need more information you can contact us. This equipment has to be from USA, too.
