Available in PVC or CorzanŽ CPVC, Simplex Bag Filter Housings will not rust, corrode, or contaminate process media. Units have cover vent connection, FPM seals, and thick wall construction rated to 150 psi. Built-in True Union piping and drain connections facilitate operation and installation, while hand-removable spin-off cover speeds bag changes. Single length housing uses Size 01-7 x 16 in. bags, and double length housing uses Size 02-7 x 32 in. bags.

Hayward Flow Control Systems, Clemmons, NC, a division of Hayward Industrial Products, offers their Simplex Bag Filter Housings in single or double length PVC or CorzanŽ CPVC to accept most standard filter bags.
These all-plastic housings won't rust, corrode or contaminate process media, have a cover vent connection and FPM seals, and feature rugged, thick wall construction rated to 150 PSI for years of trouble-free service. Built-in True Union piping and drain connections make operation and installation easy, and the housing's hand removable, spin-off cover makes filter bag changes quick and easy. Two bottom outlet connectors that can be used as a drain connection make both in-line or loop piping installation possible.
Designed for maximum versatility, the single length housing uses Size 01-7" x 16" bags and the double length housing uses Size 02-7" x 32" bags. Optional flanged connections, EPDM seals, pressure differential gauge and switch, multi-vessel manifolded units, and a heavy duty shrouded vent valve assembly are available.
