Habasit America introduces a new HySAN® oil and fat resistant food PVC conveyor belt, FAB-10EVCW (NVT-445). This new 3mm thick, cobalt blue belt has a blank top side and negative pyramid on bottom. In a dynamic wear and tear test with olive oil treatment the Habasit HySAN® belt showed no signs of deterioration (i.e. cracks, wrinkles). Habasit HySAN® belts conform to FDA and USDA regulations. This new HySAN® belt can be used in many applications in the following industries: meat, poultry, fruit and vegetable, cheese and pizza.
Features include excellent chemical resistance, adhesive free joint, longitudinal flexibility, temperature resistant up to 194°F, and blue color which improves visual inspection of food.
