PV Mounting Systems suit flat and pitched roof applications.

Press Release Summary:

Made of high molecular weight polyethylene, Renusol CS60 is designed for flat roof applications and requires no roof penetration with addition of ballast. Unit evenly spreads point load weight across roof surface, and only one CS60 is needed for every PV module. Renusol VS, intended for pitched roofs, includes pre-assembled clamps, fastener-free splice connectors, and slide-free L-feet. One-size-fits-all mounting solution has height adjustable end clamps and snap-in-place mid clamps.

Renusol America Brings Simplicity to Design and Installation of Rooftop Solar at Intersolar North America, July 12-14

~Company Makes American Debut with 'Sized Per Panel' PV Mounting System, Taking the Guesswork Out of Installations ~

ATLANTA, -- Renusol America, the recently launched U.S. subsidiary of Renusol GmbH, a Germany-based provider of PV mounting systems, announces the debut of its first photovoltaic (PV) mounting systems made in the USA and designed for the U.S. solar market. Having announced its arrival in the U.S. in January, 2011, Renusol America will officially unveil at the Intersolar show the Renusol VS, a mounting system for pitched roofs and the Renusol CS60, a revolutionary ballasted, non-penetrating system for flat roof applications.

Show attendees will be the first to see the Renusol VS and Renusol CS60 mounting systems at West Hall Level 1, booth 7501.

The Renusol CS60 is a new type of mounting system for flat roof applications. Made of durable high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE), this compact system transports easily, sets up quickly, and requires no roof penetration with the addition of ballast. Specifically enhanced and wind tunnel tested for the U.S. market, the Renusol CS60 more evenly spreads point load weight across the roof surface. With only one Renusol CS60 needed for every PV module, roof design layouts and job inventory can now be 'sized per panel', simplifying the project engineering and reducing installation costs. The system design is based on Renusol's highly successful European design that had more than 250,000 units installed in 2010 alone.

"Integrators will get proven and reliable technology and with only three easy steps for installation and all parts included in each mounting system, installers will save time and money--both critical factors as they grow their businesses," says Renusol CEO and President, Bart Leusink.

The introduction of the Renusol VS system brings to market an extremely cost-competitive, flexible and light on-roof system for pitched roofs designed to meet the growing demand in the U.S. for simpler, faster mounting systems. Pre-assembled clamps, fastener-free splice connectors, and slide-free L-feet minimize installation time. This Renusol VS system offers a proprietary "one-size-fits-all" mounting solution with height adjustable end clamps and snap-in-place mid clamps. High strength-to-weight ratio rail design keeps cost low, while allowing longer spans, fewer parts and simpler installation.

"Our goal is to make solar simpler in every way we can," added Leusink.
