Constructed of FDA-Compliant PTFE on wetted side and FDA-Compliant EPDM on air side, over-molded diaphragms accommodate various pumping tasks, including industrial and sanitary applications. Over-molded design promotes wear characteristics and diaphragm life, with no exposed diaphragm plate on fluid side, while resistance to chemicals in pH 0-14 range promotes chemical compatibility. Diaphragms withstand temperatures from 14°F to 280°F.

Graco Introduces New PTFE Over-Molded Diaphragms
MINNEAPOLIS - August 8, 2008 - Graco Inc. has introduced a new over-molded diaphragm that significantly out-performs the wear and life of other diaphragms by up to 20%. Constructed of FDA-Compliant PTFE on the wetted side and FDA-Compliant EPDM on the air side, these diaphragms can be used with most chemicals and are ideal for a wide range of pumping tasks including industrial and sanitary applications. Diaphragm kits are available for Graco Industrial and Sanitary 1-, 1-1/2-, and 2-inch pump sizes.
