NEW 25µl to 1,500µl Re-Usable Faster DIALYZERS(TM)
Harvard Apparatus introduces NEW re-usable PTFE DIALYZERS(TM) for equilibrium dialysis, regular dialysis or electro-elution.
These new units cover volumes of 25µl, 50µl, 100µl, 250µl, 500µl, 1000µl and 1500µl and have been redesigned to provide larger membrane surface areas to increase dialysis speeds 3 to 5 times.
The units consist of double-sided chambers sealable with another chamber plus 2 solid caps or simply with 2 open caps for use with separate membranes between them. Open main chambers facilitate sample introduction and withdrawal.
These chambers can be used for equilibrium dialysis studies, regular dialysis or electro-elution in an ElectroPrep(TM) tank. All these experiments are easily accomplished using a full range of membranes with MWCO of 100, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 25000, 50000, 100000 or 300000 Daltons.
The entire DIALYZERS(TM) can be placed in a temperature-controlled device for even faster dialysis times.
