April 18, 2002 - Emerald EMC-2000 Multi-axis Motion Controller is available with Master Follower Resolver PMC card option. Optically isolated resolver provides absolute position information on power up for applications such as press controls, where absolute position of press crankshaft is needed to initialize tooling. It has selectable 12, 14, or 16 bit resolution. Resolver to digital conversion accuracy is +/- 8 min of arc.
