Offered in natural PEEK, solid and dual layer color coded, and striped and dash-stripe coded versions, tubing uses colorants that are RoHS compliant. Dual layer tubing eliminates any possibility of contamination of critical sample stream by colorants, as only outer layer is pigmented. Available OD sizes are 360 micron, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 in., while standard ID sizes and colors are .005 in. Red, .007 in. Yellow, .010 in. Blue, .020 in. Orange, and .030 in. Green.

OEM Wide Assortment of PEEK® Tubing
VICI Valco's new assortment of PEEK Tubing is one of the largest offerings in the world and is available in a variety of natural PEEK, solid color coded, dual layer color coded, striped and dash-stripe coded. Dual Layer Color-Coded eliminates any concern that a critical sample stream could be contaminated by pigments used to color code the tubing. It looks like any other color-coded tubing at first glance, but a closer look reveals that the pigmented layer surrounds a separate but integrally-bonded inner layer of natural PEEK. The pressure performance is equivalent to single-layer tubing.
OD sizes are available in 360 micron, 1/32", 1/16", and 1/8" with IDs as small as .002". Standard ID sizes and colors are: .005" Red; .007" Yellow; .010" Blue; .020" Orange; .030" Green. Color-coding identifies the ID of the PEEK tubing - each ID is coded with a different color. Tolerance is ±.0005" for IDs up to .010", and ±.001" for larger IDs. All colorants used in the manufacture of our tubing are RoHS-compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
