Made of stress crack-resistant PE resin, Chem Prolok™ is certified to NSF/ANSI 61-G as safe for drinking water and will safely convey liquid chemical with pH range from 1–14. Thermoplastic double wall piping system, available in pipe and fitting sizes from 1 x 3 in. to 12 x 16 in., is UV resistant and suitable for above and in-ground applications. Joined primarily using simultaneous butt fusion, chemical-resistant system helps meet EPA requirements for underground chemical transfer.

Made of the highest stress crack resistant PE resin, Chem Prolok™ offers broad chemical resistance, low installed cost and safe long-term, maintenance-free service. Typical applications include water and wastewater treatment chemical feed systems, acids, caustics, sodium hypochlorite, mixed chemicals, compressed gasses and process piping, pressure or drainage.
Available in pipe and fitting sizes from 1” x 3” through 12” x 16”, Chem Prolok™ is designed to safely convey liquid chemical applications with a pH range from 1 to 14. UV resistant, Chem Prolok® is suitable for both above and in-ground applications. Chem Prolok’s™ stress crack resistance eliminates the need for special backfill in a buried service saving time and resources. Chem Prolok™ can be installed with either low point or continuous cable leak detection systems to comply with local environmental or safety regulations.
Designed to avoid risky mechanical joints, Chem Prolok™ is joined primarily using simultaneous butt fusion, which provides the highest joint integrity known in thermoplastic piping systems.
