Electrochemical Portable Oxygen Purity Analyzer
Press release date: July 7, 2014
In continuous use at or near 100% oxygen levels, this advanced electrochemical sensor provides 24 months of service life and minimal drift in addition to being:
Specific to oxygen assuring accuracy, linearity, fast response and facilitating single point field calibration.
Versatile meaning not affected by changes in flow rate, particulates, moisture, position or vibration.
Inexpensive to replace and does not require costly elaborate sample conditioning.
Combining this advanced electrochemical oxygen sensor with proven state of the art electronics, temperature compensation, integral flow control and sample/isolation valves in a rugged aluminum enclosure the GPR-3500 MOV Portable Oxygen Purity Analyzer is extremely accurate, reliable and easy to use. The GPR-3500 MOV has been designed specifically for verifying the oxygen purity of medical gas transport vehicles and storage facilities. The inherent accuracy after calibration is 0.1% which is comparable with more expensive competitive analyzers.
The sample/isolation valve significantly increases productivity and ROI by keeping the sensor in an atmosphere of near pure oxygen when not in use. The battery is rechargeable and provides 60 days of continuous use from an overnight charge.
