Series 870 7/8 in. overmolded threaded connectors come with 3, 4, or 5 gold-plated contacts with current carrying capacity of up to 13 A each. Sealed to IP68, connectors have been tested to survive water submersion to depth of 18 m for up to 24 hr. High degree of sealing is achieved through use of elastic, self-sealing contact carrier made of PUR. Connectors are overmolded to cable lengths of 2-5 m, custom lengths are also available.

Series 870 7/8 in. Threaded Connectors Now Overmolded
Camarillo, CA- Binder-USA is proud to announce the addition of overmolded connectors to the 7/8" threaded connector line. The overmolded connectors are part of Binder's 870 series and are fully intermateable with the 820 series.
The new overmolded connector series is available with 3, 4 or 5 gold-plated contacts with a current carrying capacity of up to 13A each. The overmolded design ensures sealing up to IP68 which has been tested to survive water submersion to a depth of 18-meters for up to 24 hours. The high degree of sealing is achieved through the use of a highly elastic, self-sealing contact carrier made of PUR. Connectors are overmolded to cable lengths of 2 to 5-meters. Custom lengths are available.
