New Esco IsothermŽ Range of Laboratory Ovens and Incubators

Esco announces the launch of its new range of IsothermŽ Laboratory Ovens and Incubators, featuring ergonomic, intuitive interfaces, microprocessor PID controls with programming options, 4 zone heated air jackets, and precisely tuned and tested ventilation and insulation packages.

Singapore March 07, 2009 -- Esco announces the launch of its new range of IsothermŽ Laboratory Ovens and Incubators, featuring ergonomic, intuitive interfaces, microprocessor PID controls with programming options, 4 zone heated air jackets, and precisely tuned and tested ventilation and insulation packages.

IsothermŽ products utilize advanced SolarisTM Pre-Heat Chamber Technology, which insures superior temperature uniformity. Heat is transmitted into the chamber via a 4 zone heated air jacket. This unique design places heaters outside the chamber, which reduces control fluctuation and improves safety.

Utilizing its decades of experience in the design and manufacture of laminar flow products, Esco developed the VentiFlow(TM) Ventilation System, a forced-convection design that produces higher heating and drying rates. Fan speed and air exchange rates are adjustable to cater to different application requirements.

These laboratory ovens and incubators are equipped with SmartSense(TM) Microprocessor PID Controls. SmartSense(TM) regulates temperature to the user's set-point, maximizing heating rates while minimizing temperature fluctuation. Twin temperature displays enable at-a-glance monitoring of actual and set-point temperatures, and facilitate access to a wide range of alarm, security, data-logging and programming options. An RS485 data output port is standard.

IsothermŽ products feature unitized stainless steel chambers with coved corners to facilitate cleaning. Anti-tip, removable shelves are directly mounted to the chamber walls. This industry-exclusive design increases product heating rates and facilitates cleaning. External surfaces are powder coated with Esco IsocideŽ to eliminate 99.9% of surface bacteria within 24 hours of exposure.

"IsothermŽ products are premium laboratory ovens and incubators available at a competitive price, backed by Esco's sales and service representatives worldwide," said XQ Lin, Esco Vice President. "These products meet stringent German DIN 12880 performance requirements, as well as North American / European electrical safety standards."
