RoHS-compliant, lead-free units are available in temperature ranges of 0-70°C, -20 to 70°C, and -40 to 85°C. Housed in 9.1 x 14.1 mm SMT package, oscillators are suited for cellular base stations, test equipment, synchronous Ethernet, and VSAT applications.

Aurora, IL - Connor-Winfield's high stability DOC Series of ovenized oscillators are exceptionally precise frequency standards, excellent for use in cellular base stations, test equipment, Synchronous Ethernet and VSAT applications.
These true surface mount OCXOs and OCVCXOs provide temperature stabilities in the range of ±20 ppb to ±100 ppb, over commercial, extended commercial or industrial temperature ranges. The DOC series is available with LVCMOS output along with optional Electronic Frequency Tuning.
