Designed for powder coating and paint curing applications, CureStar - PRO Oven Profiling System contains everything required to capture, analyze, and optimize temperature profile of coating cure process. System, comprised of rechargeable USB data-logger, thermal heat sink, stainless steel heat shield, and analysis software, can be employed in batch or conveyorized processes. Two configurations are available with either 4 or 6 Type K measurement channels.

New Profiling System Helps Cure Process Problems
Designed specifically for powder coating and paint curing applications, the new CureStar - PRO Oven Profiling System contains everything required to capture, analyse and optimise the temperature profile of your coating cure process.
Whether employed on batch or conveyorised type processes, the system accurately records the temperature profile from your product whilst being processed in the cure oven. At the end of the cure cycle the data recorded is then downloaded and stored on a PC.
Easy to use software tools allow the cure %, peak temperatures, temperature gradients and times at temperature to be automatically and accurately determined and compared against a user target, allowing processing to be optimised for highest throughput, best quality or lowest energy costs.
The CureStar software incorporates a Cure Schedule Library which holds single or multi-threshold curing schedules defined by the coating manufacturer. With the addition of the library, process verification can be performed in a fraction of the normal time.
The system consists of a robust rechargeable USB data-logger, a high performance thermal heat sink, compact stainless steel heat shield, and professional analysis software. Two configurations are available with either 4 or 6 Type K measurement channels.
A range of accurate measurement probes are available which include air and surface probes with both clamp type and magnetic mountings for easy attachment to both ferrous and non-ferrous products.
