It provides 45 rack units of interior space for variety of equipment. Options include vented or solid top panels, doors to handle HVAC, heat exchange, or direct-air cooling equipment, single or modular 3-piece hatch to handle exhaust shrouds (MPCA), and 19, 23 in., or mixed equipment mounting rails.

LIBERTY LAKE, Wash., July 1 - Telect, Inc. a worldwide supplier of connectivity, power and equipment housing solutions for the communications industry, today launched a comprehensive line of modular outdoor enclosures that bring unprecedented versatility to multi-carrier power amplifier (MCPA), radio, battery and other outside plant applications.
Based on a standard overall footprint (88" high x 30" wide x 31" deep), The Enhanced Telect Modular Enclosure (TME) provides 45 rack units of interior space for a variety of equipment. The modular design supplies users with a virtually limitless range of options to fit the specifics of the application:
o Top panels: Vented for heat dissipation, or solid
o Doors: Configured to handle HVAC, heat exchange or direct-air cooling equipment
o Hatch: Single smooth design or modular three-piece to handle exhaust shrouds (MCPA) or other specific equipment
o Side panels: Single smooth panel, designed as an electrical interface or solar interface
o Equipment mounting rails: 19", 23" or mixed
In addition to providing greater flexibility in design, the modular construction makes it easy to add enclosures to an existing lineup (Telect or other manufacturers'), or expand single enclosure installations to larger-capacity deployments. Furthermore, the modular structure enables simple cost management -- users can purchase and stock components or enclosures as needed. Primarily, Telect builds complete TME-45 Modular Enclosures to customers' specifications, providing a full solution that fits the application perfectly.
Telect also offers a 32 RU modular enclosure and a compact 22 RU enclosure for lower-capacity installations.
