Based on GAO 2112 optical-electrical complex measure meter, Model GAO 2112AX facilitates optical power testing, optical picture viewing, and DVB signal measurement and includes constellation diagrams and EVM functions. It has video/audio input ports and allows for reverse direction signal measurement. Features include 1,310 and 1,550 nm wavelength, -30 to +20 dBm dynamic range, accuracy of less than equal to 4%, and optical fiber signal input as well as TV picture viewing.

Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. has added the GAO 2112AX Digital Optical Electric Signal Level Meter to its product line of CATV Meter and Instruments.
The GAO 2112AX Optical Meter is a new product based on the GAO 2112 optical-electrical complex measure meter. It is suitable for use in HFC networks. Its functions include optical power testing, optical picture viewing, DVB signal measurement and include constellation diagrams and EVM functions. It has video and audio input ports. Reverse direction signal can be measured as well.
