Model R406 provides FWHM response over 18-34 GHz range with peak gain of 20dB. Model R407 provides same response over 34-49 GHz range with peak gain of 24dB, and Model R408 covers 39-64 GHz range with peak gain of 20dB. Hermetically sealed modules can be used for hybrid fiber/wireless systems, distribution of RF carriers, as well as optical phased-array radar. Units are available with choice of optical input connector, and type K or V coaxial RF output.

Discovery Semiconductors now offers high gain optical receivers for narrowband applications at 28, 39, and 55 GHz. The Model R406 provides FWHM response over the 18-34 GHz range with peak gain of 20dB. Model R407 provides that same response over the 34-49 GHz range with peak gain of 24dB, and Model R408 covers the 39-64 GHz range with peak gain of 20dB. These compact, hermetically sealed modules can be used for hybrid fiber/wireless systems, distribution of microwave RF carriers,
as well as for optical phased-array radar. Delivery is within 4-6
weeks after receipt of order with the customer's choice of optical input connector and a type K or V coaxial RF output.
