Double-sided, 3-dimensional DOC3D® Optical Components are precision blank-molded from DOCTAN® glass material, which is extremely insensitive to temperature variations. Ranging from 40-100 mm in size, components include aspheric, fresnel, plano-convex, bi-convex, and convex-concave lenses; freeform lenses, mirrors, and reflectors; fly's eye arrays and integrator plates; light pipes and tunnels; and prisms for illumination applications.

DOC3D® Molded Glass Optical Components
Docter Optics GmbH is now offering a new, first-of-its-kind, DOC3D®, 3-dimensional, double-sided, precision blank-molded optical components, also of a new, special clear, extremely insensitive to temperature variations and virtually corrosion-free DOCTAN® (nd = 1.5238) glass material, from 40mm to 100mm in size, including aspheric, fresnel, plano-convex, bi-convex and convex-concave lenses; freeform lenses, mirrors and reflectors; fly's eye arrays and integrator plates; light pipes and tunnels; and prisms for illumination applications.
The DOC3D® optical components of DOCTAN® glass material, allows designers and manufacturers of systems many completely new options including 3-dimensional designs on both sides, extremely stable optical performance and optimum transmission.
