Watlow® Now Offers the Silver Series Operator Interface Terminal to Give Customers an Easy-to-Use, Reliable, Affordable Interface
St. Louis - Watlow®, a designer and manufacturer of electric heaters, controllers and temperature sensors, now offers its customers the Silver Series - a rugged, graphic, touch-screen operator interface terminal (OIT). This OIT is designed for equipment manufactures and end-users who want to provide an integrated and customized interface for their equipment.
The OIT offers two models (7 in. and 10 in. diagonal display sizes) supporting a full set of features including serial and Ethernet communications with multiple controllers. Other features include more than 30 drivers for communicating with Watlow and third-party devices, USB, SD Card, data logging, flexible password security and multi-language support.
The Silver Series programming software, EasyBuilder5000, features a large variety of built-in screen objects that makes it easy to use and very powerful. Screens are easy to create and you can create libraries of your own objects for repeat use. It comes complete with an online simulator and the Ethernet port makes testing and downloading fast.
The Silver Series operator interface can be easily paired with Watlow controllers to solve industrial process or machine control application problems.
