DT top-entering mixers are fitted with 1/4 to 5 hp NEMA motors, available in TEFC, explosion proof, or wash-down enclosures. Chuck coupling with dual setscrews or bolted flange coupling is utilized for positive shaft attachment. Units offer direct or gear-reduced drives and speeds up to 1750 rpm. Shafts are available in various lengths and diameters.

To ensure optimum mixing performance, Chemineer is able to pinpoint the right DT mixer for any given application using its CEDS(TM) computerized mixer software. DT open tank mixers are fitted with industry standard, off-the-shelf, NEMA motors and are available in TEFC, explosion proof or wash-down enclosures. A chuck coupling with dual setscrews or a bolted flange coupling design is utilized on the DT open tank mixers for positive shaft attachment.
